When holmium ferroalloy is added to the general NdFeB magnetic materials, the magnetic properties and product use will not fluctuate greatly, which can reduce the production cost. Holmium ferroalloy was produced by electrolytic oxidation of holmium with a consumable iron cathode in a molten electrolyte system.
