Uses: Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3) crystal is an excellent multifunctional material with high application value. LiTaO3 crystal is the best choice of materials for pyroelectric infrared detectors to be used in Chemalbook because of its high chemical stability (insoluble in water), high Curie temperature above 600 ℃, low dielectric loss, and high detection rate. Polished LT chips are widely used in the manufacturing of electronic communication devices such as resonators, filters, and transducers, especially in the manufacturing of high-frequency surface acoustic wave devices due to their excellent electromechanical coupling, temperature coefficient, and other comprehensive performance. They are also used in many high-end communication fields such as mobile phones, walkie talkies, satellite communication, aerospace, and so on.
