Description: Zirconium oxide is a white heavy amorphous powder, odorless and tasteless. In the mixture of 2 parts sulfuric acid and 1 part water, slightly soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slowly soluble in hydrofluoric acid, almost insoluble in water. It is monoclinic at low temperature, tetragonal at 1100℃ and cubic at 1900℃. The process is that zircon and caustic soda melt at 650℃, the molten body is leached by hot water, and silicon is separated from sodium zirconate in the form of sodium silicate. Then, the zirconium sulfate solution was obtained by sulfuric acid treatment. After further impurity removal, ammonia water was added to precipitate zirconium hydroxide. Adding hydrochloric acid to dissolve zirconia, zirconia oxychloride is obtained. After evaporation concentration, cooling crystallization, grinding and roasting, the finished product of zirconia is obtained.
