Used: Used as glass polishing powder, electronic ceramic additives and ultraviolet absorber. Ultrafine ceria is used as additive in glass industry and as grinding material for plate glass. At present, it has been extended to the grinding of glasses, optical lenses and kinescope, playing the role of decolorization, clarification, absorption of ultraviolet rays and electronic wires of glass, etc. It is also used as an antireflective agent for spectacle lens. It is made of cerium and titanium to make the glass light yellow. It is used in ceramic glaze and electronic industry as piezoceramic penetrating agent.
