Generally, fluorocarbon ceria (containing Re2O3≥70%) or rare earth salts (containing CeO2 / Re2O3= 45~50% rare earth chloride or cerium-rich rare earth compounds containing CeO2>80%) are used as raw materials. It is made through chemical processing, burning, crushing and sieving. Among many polishing materials, cerium based rare earth polishing powder is known as the best polishing material.
