Description: Lanthanum carbonate is insoluble in water, acetone and soluble in dilute acid. CO2 is released when heated. When heated, basic carbonate is formed first, and then lanthanum oxide is formed by burning. Lanthanum carbonate has high phosphorus binding capacity, and can play a good role in reducing phosphorus in the whole digestive tract. It has small adverse reactions, good cost performance and clinical compliance. It is an ideal phosphorus binding agent so far.
