Description: Scandium nitrate is easily soluble in water and ethanol, and has deliquescence. With the increase of temperature, the solubility increases. The lowest temperature for the decomposition of oxygen and nitrogen oxide to scandium oxide is 510 ℃. Scandium nitrate is obtained by dissolving scandium oxide in nitric acid and evaporating and crystallizing the solution. scandium nitrate hydrate can be used as intermediates in pharmaceutical synthesis.
