Description: Neodymium chloride is a white to off-white powder, easy to absorb moisture and soluble in water. And then it turns into neodymium chloride hydrate which is purple. Neodymium chloride is obtained by mixing neodymium chloride hydrate with ammonium chloride, heating and dehydrating in a tube furnace under a protective atmosphere or low pressure, and then increasing the reaction temperature to 350 ℃ to remove ammonium chloride after complete reaction.
