Description: Thulium can be made into various forms: Thulium foil, Thulium block, Thulium sheet, Thulium powder and Thulium sputtering target. Thulium in the earth's crust contains two parts per 100000, which is the least element in rare earth elements. Thulium is mainly found in yttrium silicate, yttrium phosphate and rare black gold ore, so Thulium is very rare and expensive.
