Description: The yttrium rich rare earth obtained by extraction group is extracted and purified by N263 NH4SCN system after acid dissolution. The raffinate is yttrium rich rare earth, and other heavy rare earth thulium, ytterbium and lutetium are added into the organic phase. Thulium and ytterbium are added into the aqueous phase by group extraction and back extraction by thulium lutetium, and then separated, filtered and burned by oxalic acid precipitation to produce Thulium oxide
